About Us
The first Beaconhouse Nursery was established in 1988 in Dubai and is called the Palms Nursery. It is a widely popular nursery and has earned excellent reputation within the Dubai community.
In September 2006, the Beaconhouse School opened in Muscat, Oman. Our school is successful and growing every year. We have Nursery through to Grade 7 and we pride ourselves on the results achieved by our students. On the same year, we opened our nursery in Sharjah. In addition to a full and various programme activities, we emphasise the culture and heritage of the UAE.
We invest much time and resources on professional development of our teachers so that our students receive excellent teaching.
Our latest project in the region is a partnership with the Abu Dhabi Education Council (ADEC). We took in four secondary schools where our team of advisors work with the Principal and school staff to develop practice and ensure sustainable progress for both teachers and students.
